For the special promotion period, if the occupancy be less than 15 passengers, the Prime Cruises reserves the right to cancel the departure for all confirmed bookings 45 days prior notice.

Terms & Conditions


1. Reservation Policy

1.1 Reservations should be made in advance in writing to the reservation office and we will confirm bookings only in writing

1.2 We may require your request of seats reconfirmation 60days prior the check-in date and then we kindly need your written confirmation with the guest names and flight details.

1.3 We would appreciate 30% deposit of total amount for any confirmed bookings which will be submitted 60days prior to guest arrival.

1.4 For any last minute booking ( within 1 month ), we require 50% deposit upon confirmation.

1.5 No booking is confirmed until a 30% deposit has been paid.


2. Cancellation Policy

2.1 Cancellation within 40days - 30%

      Cancellation within 30days - 50%

      Cancellation within 15days - 75%

      Cancellation within 7days - 80%

2.2 No refund will be paid in case of Not showing up.

2.3 If the departure being cancelled ( for special promotion period ) by Prime Cruises, then the full amount of deposit will be refunded to the clients.

3. Complementary Policy

3.1  1 (One) complimentary seat will be provided to the Tour Leader ( or ) local tour guide for every 15 paying seats.

3.2 Maximum of 1 complementary seat irrespective of group size.

3.3 For FIT bookings, 20% discount for local guide or tour leader ( subject to seat availability )

4. Children Policy

4.1 Children below the age of  years are free of charge. Children of 5 years and above must be paid full fare.

4.2 Baby seat will be provided upon request and availability, for under 5 years of age.

5. Payment Policy

Full payment or the balance of the payment should be received 20days prior to departure.
