Private Hotel is situated in quiet avenue, within walking distance of downtown and is the only resort- style hotel in Kyaing Tong.  The resort is designed in traditional South-East Asian style and is constructed out of local materials such as teak and pine.

Accomandations

Specious double bedrooms ( 12½ x 15' x 10' ) with air condition . The attached bathrooms ( 12½ x 7' x 10' ) are spacious with hot & cold shower and fitted with exhaust fans. All bedrooms have windows that open to take advantage of the cool nigh breeze.  All bedrooms have private verandahs for relaxation. The central dining room where breakfast, snacks and drinks are served is spacious and allows the natural light to filter in.
