Reservation and confirmation policy

All pre-booking and reservation has to be made through our office only by fax or email. Confirmed name list must be sent by fax of email at least 7days ahead of the ship departure date.

Ngwe Saung package tours (Crystal Jade Special Tour)

All pre-booking and reservation has to be made through our office only by fax or email. Confirmed name list must be sent by fax or email at least 30days ahead of the ship departure date.

No booking is confirmed until a 50% deposit is received.

Ticket issuing and payment policy

Tickets for all confirmed booking must be issued not later than 3days ahead to the departure date at our office. All payment must be settle in full by cash at the time of issuing the ticket.

Child policy

Child ( age between 2-12 years old ) is granted one seat and would be charged as per adult rate. Infant (under 2years old) sharing the seat with parents are free of charge.

Cancellation and refund policy

-Booking without name list 7days ahead to the ship departure date is regarded as a cancelled booking.

-Booking not issuing ticket 3days prior to the departure date is regarded as a cancelled booking.

-Once ticket is issued, it is non-refundable and date change allowed with free of charges for 3days ahead to the departure.

Validity:

The above contract is valid from 1st Oct 2007 to 30th April 2008. the rates are subject to change with 30days prior notice in case of fuel & port charges increased.
