Optional trip to Chin Hills & Mt. Victoria base from Bagan

Day 1. ABF proceed by l

and Rover or Jeep to Kanpetlet at 07:00am. The first stop will be at Chauk to collect some cooking items from Chauk mark

et. Lunch will be at Saw and arrival time will be a

round 13:00 in

the afternoon. Lunch will be simple rice and curry Myanmar food.

Then, proceed to Kanpetlet, arrive around 4 pm and visit Oak Po and Ma Kyauk Arr Chin villages to observe beautiful Chin ladies with tattooed faces.

Then check-in at Chin Village Resort. Overnight and dinner.

Note : In chin villages pls ask permission to take photos through your local guide and chin native translator who will accompany throughout your tour. Electricity at Chin Village Resort will be only up to 10 pm and hot water will be provided separately for bathing. Mosquito net is not provided in the rooms so before leaving your room pls make sure to shut the attached bathing room door as some insect may enter during night time.

Day 2. ABF proceed by car for 1 hour to 10 ½ mile point to start hike up the Mt. Victoria from 2750 meters till 3400 meters above sea level. Lunch box will be arranged by Chin Village Resort. After hiking for 5 hours to and fro, proceed to Aye camp ( Aye village ) for overnight at one of the

decent and clean Chin typical house. Dinner will be arranged ( Myanmar food ) by your local guide team. Overnight.

OR

If ones do not wish to spend the night at Chin Village that is very basic, then after hiking return to Chin Village resort for di

nner and overnight. Therefore if you choose for the nice experience at the Aye village for overnight that is basic, then we will refund one night cost from the tour cost.

Note: Sleeping bag is recommended for this night, and some mosquito repellent and specially for this trip you should take some vaccination or percussion against malaria before you start this trip.

Day 3. ABF leave for Kyar Do typical Chin village on the way to Mintat. This village is still in authentic with their Chin traditions and cultures. So this village is best part of this program. But as this village is situated deep down in the valley and as the slope is about 45 ‘ so good gripping boots are required. Lunch will be prepared by local team and proceed to Mindat and arrive in the early evening. Mindat is the district town for southern Chin state and the town is settled along the mountain trail. Most of the houses are two story buildings they are quite differ from that of Myanmar houses.

A small market is busy at every morning and in the evenings it is quire a pleasant atmosphere to have a stroll along the one and only main road. Dinner at outside local restaurant. Overnight at local guest house.

Day 4. ABF proceed by car to Kyaung Chaung about 7 hours drive. Lunch will be at Pauk, a small town that can offer delicious Myanmar food. Arrive Kyaung Chaung around 2:30 pm and cross the Ayarwaddy river by Ro Ro ferry at 3:30. Arrive in Bagan around 5:00 pm.

Note. We will be taking you to a culturally

rich area and that is still in their traditional

days, so accommodation will be rather basic but we always make sure that our clients stays at the nicest and eat at the most hygienic place in this kind of adventure trips.
